1.2 Payment Information

When you subscribe to our premium membership plans or purchase any paid features, you or our payment service provider will collect:

• Bank account, credit/debit card, or UPI payment details
• Transaction history and billing information

1.3 Information Collected Automatically

We automatically collect certain information when you use the Sutr app, including:

• Device information: device type, model, operating system, and unique device identifiers

You may choose to sign in to Sutr using third-party social media or authentication services such as Google Sign-In, Apple ID (Sign in with Apple), or Facebook Login. Sutr is not bound by the privacy policies of such third-party platforms.

Sutr uses the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To create, manage, and maintain your profile on the Sutr platform
• To provide matchmaking services and recommend compatible profiles based on your preferences
• To display your profile to other registered members of the Sutr community
• To facilitate secure communication between matched members
• To process payments and manage your subscription or purchases

3.1 With Other Sutr Members

Your profile information — including name, photographs, educational and professional details, and preferences — is visible to other registered members of Sutr for the purpose of matchmaking. You can manage your privacy settings from the Settings > Privacy section of the app.

3.2 With Service Providers and Partners

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Sutr platform. These include:

• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
• Payment processing and fraud prevention services
• Analytics and performance monitoring tools
• Customer support and communication platforms
• Identity verification services

All service providers are contractually bound to strict confidentiality and data protection obligations. They access your data only as necessary to perform their services on our behalf.

Sutr is intended solely for adults aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has registered on our platform, we will take immediate steps to delete their account and associated data.
